1. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides educational content including ASVAB and PICAT preparation, career deep dives, fitness references, pay and benefits calculators, and related tools. Information is for educational purposes only and is not official advice from the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the armed forces.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to send fraudulent, harassing, or spam content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the Service, its security, or other users — including introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.
• Share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, documentation, and branding, is owned by Ishot Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service within your subscription plan. No other rights are granted.

5. User content

If you submit content to the Service (such as notes or messages), you grant Ishot Entertainment a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payments, billing, taxes, and refunds — Stripe

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms, available at stripe.com/legal/consumer. Our own Refund Policy is available at /refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

7. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ishot Entertainment's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Stripe for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify Ishot Entertainment against claims arising from your user content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ishot Entertainment is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
