30-day money-back guarantee

Ishot Entertainment offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ISHOT Military Academy subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

How to request a refund

1. Visit billing.stripe.com and enter the email address you used at checkout to locate your order.
2. Select the transaction and use the option to request a refund.
3. Or, contact us at hello@ishotmilitaryacademy.com and we will help you initiate the refund with Stripe.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through the Stripe customer portal linked in your purchase receipt. After cancellation, you keep access to the Service until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.
