U.S. Space Force Targeting Analyst (1N8X1) serve within the Intelligence community, performing missions critical to USSF readiness. This role blends technical proficiency, teamwork, and disciplined execution across garrison, deployed, and expeditionary environments. Members receive formal schoolhouse training followed by hands-on qualification at operational units, progressing from apprentice through journeyman and master skill levels.

• Execute targeting analyst duties in support of unit missions
• Maintain proficiency through recurring training and qualifications
• Inspect, operate, and maintain assigned equipment and systems
• Coordinate with team leaders and adjacent specialties
• Document operations, maintain records, and brief leadership
