What it is
Five tracks: Reemployment, Rapid Access to Employment, Self-Employment, Employment Through Long-Term Services, and Independent Living. Pays tuition, fees, books, and a monthly subsistence allowance.
Who qualifies
- Veterans with a VA service-connected disability rating of at least 10% and a discharge that is other than dishonorable.
How to apply
- 1Apply on VA.gov with VA Form 28-1900.
- 2Meet with a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
- 3Complete a rehabilitation plan.
