Extended Care Health Option (ECHO)

Provides additional services and supplies beyond the basic TRICARE benefit for beneficiaries with a qualifying condition, when the sponsor is enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).

• Active-duty family members with a qualifying condition; sponsor enrolled in EFMP.

1. 1Register with EFMP through your Service.
2. 2Register for ECHO with the regional contractor.
